  Took my son in yesterday for sore throat, possibly strep. Wait was tolerable, especially for a walk-in. Front desk personnel were great, Doctor was wonderful (Hugo Mar, P.A., per my visit printout)-took a good amount of time with us and chatted with my son about learning Spanish. We had a scrip that I asked to have filled at CVS here in SC, but it went to the wrong pharmacy. This has happened before, but I wanted to relay that when I called in to have it corrected, the medical assistant who helped me was a little TOO brusque on the phone, cutting me off and then hanging up without making sure that everything was settled or apologizing for the mishap, delay, etc. Facilities were clean; if it weren't for bad phone service, I would have given this review five stars. ***UPDATE*** The clinic Manager, Judy, called me shortly after this original review posted to follow up and apologize for the phone service and see if there was anything she could do to help. I explained the circumstances and Judy noted that she would work to amend the issue so that callers felt that they could adequately express their issues without feeling hurried. The call was appreciated and reflects their objectives to give the best service possible. For that, I have re-rated them with five stars. I’m so happy to have them in the neighborhood!
